Embedding Shared Links

In case you get a public link from another OwnCloud/NextCloud installation (like SWITCHdrive) you can add the file or folder to your polybox account.

Copy the link into the browser. At the top right you will find a button called “Add to your ownCloud”.

After clicking the button, enter the polybox server address (polybox.ethz.ch).

The login page of polybox will be displayed. Sign in with your ETH username and ETH password (password for web applications/LDAP). After the authentication was successful you will get a dialogue box, asking you to acceppt the shared file. Accept and refresh the web page in order to see the file/folder.
